Action & Intention

I came across this phrase sometime back. It goes like this:

" we judge others by thier action and we judge ourselves by our intention"

This phrase encapsulates what I have always realised. That we seek to excuse ourselves over our action when something goes wrong or the thing dosent go as we want it to be by saying our intention and our action are entirely different. In the same breadth we never give others a chance as we judge them according to thier action.

It is not wise to have 2 different sets of values, one for others and one for ourselves!
